MultiFamily Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a MultiFamily Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and onsite implementation.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation

Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience as the lead superintendent for ground-up, new construction of multifamily apartments or condos

Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)

Strong leadership qualities

Deadline and detail-oriented
