CNC Swiss Lathe Operator / Setup Technician

Location: Lake Forest

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00/hour (DOE)

Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented CNC Swiss Lathe Operator / Setup Technician to support production in a precision manufacturing environment. This role includes setting up machines, assisting with programs, and checking parts to ensure quality.

Responsibilities:

Set up & run CNC Swiss lathes

Make basic program edits

Inspect parts using micrometers/calipers

Maintain quality & production standards

Requirements:

CNC Swiss setup experience

Knowledge of measuring tools

Strong attention to detail
