Business Development Associate (On-Site Rosenberg, TX)

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to grow our B2B sales and expand our client base in the printing & packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new B2B leads & close deals

Manage sales pipeline

Attend trade shows & client meetings (up to 75% travel)

Build strong client relationships

Collaborate with internal teams & track activity in CRM

Requirements:

2+ years in B2B sales / events

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Valid driver’s license
