As Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team in overseeing the industrial maintenance of our facilities. Job Requirements
4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
6-8 years of experience in Maintenance, Leadership Role Preferred, Manufacturing a plus.
Skills in process improvement, decision making, planning, and quality management.
Performance and people management skills including delegation, coordination, and coaching.
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Self-motivated and autonomous work skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and a maintenance management software.
