GYMGUYZ Coastal Carolina & Myrtle Beach is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and client acquisition. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build and scale a premium, in-home personal training business in one of the fastest-growing markets in the Southeast.

Whats In It for You

Listed pay range includes competitive base salary + performance bonuses

Tiered bonuses structure:

$1K bonus at $20K/month revenue added

$2.5K bonus at $40K/month revenue added

Opportunity to grow into Territory Leader / General Manager with potential pay raiseWhat Youll Do

Business Development & Partnerships

Identify, develop, and manage strategic business and community partnerships

Build and manage a robust local referral networkSales & Revenue Growth

Generate new client leads through networking, outreach, and events

Conduct consultations and convert prospects into long-term clients

Coach and collaborate with trainers to support sales, upselling and retention strategies

Own and track a monthly sales pipeline and revenue targetsCommunity Presence & Brand Building

Represent GYMGUYZ at local events, health fairs, and networking groups

Build brand awareness and execute grassroots and targeted outreach campaignsCRM & Performance Management

Track all leads, activities, and conversions in CRM

Analyze performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies

What You Bring

Required sales, business development or account management experience, with a strong track record of relationship building and closing

Experience with B2B and community-based sales

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Reliable transportation and valid drivers licenseWho You Are
