Assist carpenters and tradespeople with daily construction tasks
Load/unload materials and tools
Perform site cleanup and material organization
Support framing, concrete, demolition, and finish work
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean jobsite
Learn construction skills through hands-on experienceSkills/Education/Experience:
Construction experience
Strong carpentry skills (framing, layout, finishing, installations)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Team-oriented, professional, and safety-focused mindset
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $20 - $27/hour
This position is eligible for additional compensation through Engelberth Construction’s bonus programs ($1-$3/hour quarterly bonus based on hours worked in previous quarter) and comprehensive benefits package.
