Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required.

Step into a rewarding school-based role supporting students for the 2025–2026 academic year as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

This full-time, contract assignment runs from August through May and offers a chance to make a substantive impact on children’s communication success.

The position serves students in multiple sites with diverse caseloads, including direct therapy and consultative services.

Your expertise will help provide exceptional support to students across Morris area schools, covering caseloads such as Morris (serving 39 students—33 direct and 6 consult), GCSEC, Nettle Creek, TLC (consult only), Minooka Intermediate Autism (6 students), and Walnut Trails Autism (15 students). High-minute, varied caseloads offer the opportunity to work directly with neurodiverse populations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:Active SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)Prior experience working in a school setting is a mustStrong knowledge of IEP processes and service delivery in schoolsExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively across different school sites as part of an interdisciplinary team Responsibilities:Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP mandatesMonitor student progress, conduct assessments, and document outcomesParticipate in IEP meetings, collaborate with educators, families, and related service providersTravel between campuses within assignment to address caseload needsProvide high-quality, student-focused care and adapt interventions to diverse learning environments Ready to shape young lives while working within an engaging educational community?
