Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Riverside, Hesperia, Fontana & Indio, CA.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Flexible 30 billable hours/week)

Work Model: Hybrid (Client homes + Work From Home)

Job Type: Full-Time with Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and Case Supervisors

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and track client progress

• Provide parent training and lead progress meetings

• Ensure quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of clinical programs

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (required)

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with children with autism

• Strong experience in ABA methodologies and supervision
