Job Description

A Strongsville distribution warehouse is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving operations. This role requires attention to detail, time management, and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have experience with operating an order picker (must be okay with heights) scan guns, but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

Process and complete shipments accurately and efficiently

Pick customer orders and stock shelves as directed

Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects

Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock orders and printing requests

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications and Requirements

Reliable transportation (Strongsville facility is not bus line accessible)

Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities

Strong time management and organizational skills

Stand-up/sit-down forklift and pallet jack experience preferred

Scan gun proficiency is a plus
