Event Manager - Catering

Join Sazs Hospitality Group as a full-time Event Manager and lead our catering teams at some of the most exciting events around the greater Milwaukee area.

In this role, no two days are the same - from Brewers tailgates, to weddings, to Summerfest and State Fair youll create unforgettable experiences while managing all aspects of offsite catering events. You can be the difference between "nice event" and "they're still talking about it!"

What Youll Do

Lead and inspire our catering teams through all phases of events from loading trucks to setup to final teardown

Be the on-site hero for clients, guests, and vendors - ensuring every detail exceeds expectations

Execute flawless events by interpreting Banquet Event Orders and directing food prep, plating, and service

Drive the operation (literally!) by transporting equipment and food to event locations in company vehicles

What Were Looking For

2+ years of catering, event management, or hospitality experience, with 1+ year in a leadership role

A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Strong leadership skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure

Valid driver's license with an insurable record

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to walk, stand and lift moderate weights for extended periods
