Responsibilities
Data Solution Architecture: Translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions, including the development of risk rules and performance tracking frameworks.
Quantitative Analysis: Analyze large, multi-source datasets using SQL and advanced analytics tools to deliver high-impact insights that drive strategic business and risk-mitigation decisions.
BI Engineering: Design, build, and maintain intuitive BI dashboards (utilizing Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) that enable leadership to monitor KPIs and operational performance in real time.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, and Operations teams to improve internal processes, optimize reporting structures, and support long-term strategic initiatives.
Data Governance & Automation: Ensure data integrity and operational efficiency by implementing automated data quality checks, streamlining workflows, and enabling self-service analytics adoption across the organization.
Requirements
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related STEM field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, window functions) and Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
Visualization: Experience creating production-level dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and the ability to synthesize findings from disparate data sources.
Communication: Ability to communicate technical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
