Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
DTB is looking for a Dedicated and detail-oriented Test Engineer with over 5 years of experience managing large-scale testing programs with a focus on static and fatigue testing. Proven expertise in hydraulic actuator/servo systems, project management, and troubleshooting complex testing challenges. Strong communicator with a track record of building lasting customer relationships and driving efficiency in fast-paced environments.

Static and fatigue testing Expertise
Hydraulic actuator/servo experience a plus
Can multi-task and manage numerous programs at the same time
Strong critical thinking skills to efficiently plan and direct test programs, as well as mitigate risks
Be able to troubleshoot problems creatively and think outside the box
Excellent verbal communication skills required for customer correspondence and working with peers
Engineering and project management background.
Build and maintain long lasting relationships with customers
Promote continuous improvement and be process driven
The ideal candidate will need to be successful in this position:
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to obtain Secret clearance
Ability to work overtime to meet deadlines, including nights and weekends, as necessary
Engineering design experience a plus
PMP certification (or in process) a plus
Motivated to learn new challenges
Strong attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Required Qualifications:
4 yr. bachelor's degree in an Engineering field REQUIRED
5+ years testing experience REQUIRED
