Quality Control Lead at ClearWater

ClearWater is seeking a Quality Control Lead with at least five years of industry experience. In this role, you will supervise Quality Inspectors, implement Quality Management Plans, and ensure subcontractors comply with all quality requirements. Your expertise will maintain high QC standards and enhance the effectiveness of all quality processes.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular quality audits in fabrication and field sites • Supervise and support Quality Inspectors in compliance tasks • Develop and coordinate Quality Management Plans • Ensure subcontractor quality compliance with certifications • Manage calibration of equipment and non-conformance processes

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control • Technical diploma or Journeyperson certification • Knowledge of ASME and CSA codes • CSA W178.2 Level II or API 510/570 certifications • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
