Job Overview

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking a qualified and dedicated MD (Ayurveda) Doctor with 5+ years of professional experience, primarily focused on Panchakarma therapies in OPD settings.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ayurvedic diagnosis, Panchakarma treatment planning, and holistic patient care, ensuring high-quality treatment aligned with classical Ayurvedic principles and organizational protoco

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using Ayurvedic diagnostic methods such as:

Nadi Pariksha

Prakriti & Vikriti analysis

Detailed medical and lifestyle history

Diagnose conditions and prescribe appropriate Ayurvedic medicines and Panchakarma therapies.

Design personalized treatment plans including:

Panchakarma procedures

Herbal formulations

Diet (Ahara) and lifestyle (Vihara) recommendations

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on response and outcomes.

Maintain accurate OPD records, treatment notes, and case documentation.

Coordinate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective therapy delivery.

Educate patients on preventive healthcare, wellness routines, and long-term Ayurvedic lifestyle practices.

Ensure compliance with medical ethics, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.

Key Requirements

Experience

Minimum 1–5 years of clinical experience as a BAMS/MD Ayurveda Doctor

Prior experience in Panchakarma OPD is highly preferred

Educational Qualification

MD (Ayurveda) from a recognized institution

Valid state medical council registration

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, Panchakarma therapies, and herbal medicines

Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Panchakarma procedures

Ability to integrate modern diagnostic reports with Ayurvedic treatment planning

Excellent communication and patient-handling skills

Patient-centric, ethical, and result-oriented approach

Basic computer knowledge for maintaining OPD records and reports
