This Construction Superintendent role leads ground-up commercial projects delivered on compressed schedules. You will run multiple trades concurrently, coordinating self-performed crews and subcontractors from start to finish.

Description

* Lead ground-up commercial projects through close-out

* Manage self-performed site, concrete, and carpentry crews

* Coordinate multiple trades in parallel schedules

* Maintain site safety, quality, and daily progress reporting

* Solve field issues quickly in compressed timelines

Profile

* Proven ground-up commercial superintendent experience

* Strong understanding of site work and utilities

* Experience managing self-performed labour crews

* Comfortable with fast-paced, 90-day project cycles

* Stable employment history; not a former business owner

Job Offer

* Competitive salary ranging from $90,000-$145,000 based on experience

* Per diem of $50-$75/day plus hotel, vehicle, and gas covered
