Position Summary
This is an applicant pool. Applicants will be hired as needed.
The Part-Time Academic Testing Assistant will provide assistance to Student Services on the Jasper and Sumiton campuses.
Salary Schedule:Associates Degree: $13.00/hour
Bachelor's Degree: $15.00/hour
Master's Degree & above: $19.00/hour
Works Hours: Varies, up to 19 per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Comply with all institutional testing policies and test administration guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials, passwords, test logs, and other test documents.
Monitors students during test sessions to ensure a secure testing environment
Checks identification before testing and seats examinees for testing.
Control the admission to and from the testing room.
Maintain quiet atmosphere for testing.
Reports suspected testing irregularities to the Chair for Distance Education.
Prepare documentation of cheating or dishonesty to assist in student discipline process.
Assists in the distribution and collection of test material
Work with faculty to have the information/materials to proctor exams in a timely manner.

MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEA minimum of an Associate Degree is required.
