Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
Deliver targeted therapy sessions to help students achieve their speech and language objectives
Carefully monitor and document progress, updating plans as needed
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other specialists for coordinated care
Involve and educate families to foster effective communication strategies at home and school
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Current state license or eligibility to practice as an SLP or SLPA
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged students preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Strong organizational skills and capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
Must meet all state and board-specific requirements for licensure
