Process Control Technician - 2nd Shift

Objectives: * Perform tests for green-sand molding, core-making, and no-bake molding processes and correctly interpret results.

* Perform chemical analysis of metal samples using an optical emission spectrometer.

* Maintain organized records for sand system data and metal analysis data.

* Audit molding and pouring processes and finished castings.

* Perform any special testing or analysis as needed.

* Perform other tasks as required by supervision.

* Minimum of three years of experience in metal and sand analysis preferred.

* Must have a two-year technical certificate or degree in a related field.

Requirements: Education: Two-year technical or college degree in related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in metal and sand analysis.
