Job Description

* Lead ground-up commercial projects through close-out

* Manage self-performed site, concrete, and carpentry crews

* Coordinate multiple trades in parallel schedules

* Maintain site safety, quality, and daily progress reporting

* Solve field issues quickly in compressed timelines

The Successful Applicant

* Proven ground-up commercial superintendent experience

* Strong understanding of site work and utilities

* Experience managing self-performed labour crews

* Comfortable with fast-paced, 90-day project cycles

* Stable employment history; not a former business owner
