We’re Hiring: Processing Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Sturgis, Michigan

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Processing Operator to join our team and play a key role in manufacturing high-quality liquid pediatric and medical nutritional products.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate, monitor, and document computer-controlled blending and heat treatment processes

• Weigh, stage, and handle raw ingredients using automated systems

• Manage clean-in-place (CIP) systems for manufacturing equipment

• Perform product line operations including standardization and final formulation

• Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards

• Ensure accurate documentation aligned with work orders and procedures

• Support bulk slurry preparation and ingredient handling

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across the production area

Experience in food manufacturing or batch processing environments (GMP-focused)

• Strong computer, mechanical, and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and documentation skills
