Required Skills:

Valid CRNA certification and state licensure

Proven experience in anesthesia administration and patient management

Strong knowledge of anesthetic techniques, patient monitoring, and safety protocols

Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in various anesthesia settings, including emergency or surgical units

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

BLS/ACLS certifications

Prior experience in rural or underserved healthcare environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

Master s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field

Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience

Active state licensure as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Other Requirements:

Available to start on 05/01/2026

Work schedule Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM 3:00 PM

Valid certification and licensure must be maintained throughout employment

Willingness to travel or relocate if required, and willingness to travel for licensure or other reimbursements
