About The Opportunity

TrueGrowth AI is building a network of top-performing virtual assistant professionals to serve our growing customer base of staffing agencies, BPOs, and high-growth companies across the US. We're hiring for multiple roles including:

Appointment Setters (cold outreach, B2B sales)

Virtual Assistants (administrative support, calendar management)

Customer Service Representatives (inbound support, client communication)

Sales Development Representatives (outbound prospecting)

Operations Coordinators (project management, workflow support)

You'll be matched with one of our customer companies based on your skills and their needs. Many positions offer long-term placements, performance bonuses, and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Required:

Excellent written and spoken English

Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)

Quiet, professional work environment

Computer with webcam and microphone

Ability to work US business hours (or align with client time zones)

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred:

Previous experience in any of: sales, customer service, virtual assistance, recruiting, or client-facing roles

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)

Experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)

Bilingual capability (Spanish, Tagalog, Portuguese, French — a plus)

What You'll Do

Depending on your match, you may:

Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for B2B clients

Manage email and calendar workflows for executives

Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues

Conduct cold outreach via email and LinkedIn

Support recruiting and candidate communication

Manage CRM data and pipeline tracking
