Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Manage CRM newsletter sending to all products including testing, scheduling, monitoring and end campaign analysis

• Manage other campaign execution channels such as SMS, media banners, ad hoc website updates, landing pages, PPC etc.; including testing, monitoring and end campaign analysis

• Coordinate with the Product teams on their respective campaigns and Design Team on queuing products of all related department

• Monitor all execution tools and escalate issues when its needed, eg. GroupMail Credits, Tool errors, Campaign Enterprise, SMS blaster etc

• Familiar with HTML coding

• Align all group including CS for upcoming promotions and schedules

• Provide detailed month-end and year-end report

• Work with the director to ensure that overall activities support the strategic objectives of the company

• Learn line and staff function, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices treat affect each phase of business

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

• Has commercial awareness

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent analytical and presentation skills

• Able to work under pressure and flexible hours

• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
