Summary:

Hands-on, customer-facing role supporting enterprise data centers and servers (including AI platforms). Focus on hardware support, troubleshooting, and uptime. AI experience not required.

Key Responsibilities:

On-site support for Dell servers/data center systems

Hardware installs, upgrades, replacements, firmware updates

Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and firmware issues

Preventive & break/fix maintenance; documentation; on-call support

Requirements:

3–5+ years in data center/server/field support

Strong hardware skills (CPU, memory, power, GPUs)

Basic Linux knowledge & strong troubleshooting skills

Qualifications:

IT degree or equivalent experience

Vendor certs a plus

Able to lift 50 lbs & work flexible/on-call schedules
