Job Description

Support Superintendents on $10MM-$40MM projects, with select larger builds

Assist with site coordination, scheduling, and subcontractor oversight

Help manage safety, quality control, and daily field operations

Interface with clients, inspectors, and internal project teams

Gain exposure across multifamily, healthcare, industrial, retail, and education

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

3-8 years of field experience in commercial or multifamily construction

Exposure to podium-style, urban, or large-scale multifamily projects

Stable work history with demonstrated career progression

Strong communication and client-facing skills

Degree not required; experience and ambition matter most
