The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking to fill Tax Program Administrator(s). What You'll Do as the Tax Program Administrator in Employment Tax and Pass Through Entity and Fiduciary Income Tax: * Lead teams to deliver clear communication, helpful support, and high-quality service to Ohio taxpayers.

* Oversee and drive initiatives that streamline workflows and enhance the overall experience for both employees and Ohio taxpayers.

* Develop and empower employees to collaborate, grow, and consistently deliver excellent results.
