•Manage and control the operations activities of the branch
•Build and develop the business and expanding the client and agency network
•Leading sales department to achieve the set sales target.
•Provide operational direction, coaching and support to all staff
•In charge and full responsible of the branch’s financial activities
•Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
•Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree graduate
Experience: Years of hands-on management of freight forwarding industry, holding a management position for at least 2 years
Required Skills: Good relationships with shipping lines, agency, good knowledge in logistics business (warehousing / inland-transporting market, relationship with trucking contractors, customs declaration)
Effective communication and strong coordination skills
Excellent business development mindset
Special Skills: Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics Field is a must
