• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

• Required language (s): English, Filipino

• At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees

• 3 Full-Time position (s) available

• Computer Literate (MS Office)

• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City

• At least 1 year experienced in Sales

• Knows how to drive is an advantage

• Excellent communication skills

• Arrange and coordinate participation on especial events of LGU’s and government agencies

• Assist the handling of In-house client’s issues and concerns

• Recommends action steps to further improve services to clients

• Organizing sales visit and presentations with potential and existing clients

• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers

• Negotiate the terms of an agreement / contracts and close sales

• Monitors sales and collection performance vs. target

• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

• Establishes/develops/secures business from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

• Demonstrates services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs

• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints

• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.

• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy to enhance performance

• Supplies management with feedback on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities

• Handles all customer enquiries in a professional manner and within set guidelines.

• To ensure that each stage of a sale is completed in a timely and accurate manner, including: processing of quotations, confirmation of requirements, issuing of contracts and invoices, service delivery and payment collection.
