Industrial Maintenance Technician

$30-$33 per hour (DOE)

Sunday-Thursday, 5:00am-1:30pm (could start at 4am)

Onsite in Columbus, OH

What You’ll Do:

Perform routine preventative maintenance on all equipment

Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues

Repair or replace faulty equipment, parts, or components

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs in the FMX system

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems as needed

Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

Industrial Maintenance Experience required

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role

Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, controllers, and electrical systems

Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical schematics

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual labor tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems and components
