Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems

Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone

Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Assist with administrative and documentation tasks

Provide timely and professional customer support

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good written and verbal communication skills
