* Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
* Experience with LAN/WAN networks.
* Knowledge of Windows 10 / 11 (installation and troubleshooting). * Knowledge of Google Environment (installation and troubleshooting). * Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
* Knowledge of iPadOS experience is a plus.
* Familiarity with learning technologies such as, but not limited to, chromebooks, Interactive white boards, projectors, etc.
* Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware issues.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to lift 50 pounds.
* Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced technical environment.
* Exemplify strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work well with technical and non-technical End-Users.
* Flexible to work outside of contracted hours to complete projects.

QUALIFICATIONS: * Associates Degree with three years of technical work experience preferred.
* A+; Network+; Google Apps Certification preferred.
* Knowledge of principles and practices of network design and administration.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S.
citizenship.
* Pass a physical examination in accordance with statue and board policy.
* Valid New Jersey Driver's License/Reliable transportation.
