- Constructing fences with precision and attention to detail.

- Following instructions and completing tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts.

- Maintaining focus and working independently without supervision or distractions.

- Showing up on time and ready to work during every shift.What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- At least 1 year of experience in fence building or a related field.

- A strong work ethic and the ability to stay productive during four-hour shifts.

- Punctuality and reliability—being on time and ready to work is essential.
