University degree with an excellent academic record required; active Nursing license (RN, NP, or equivalent) and experience with healthcare provider strategy and operations are highly preferred

5+ years of experience in a hospital/clinical setting, specifically within workforce management, staffing office operations, or clinical labor consulting

Deep interest or experience in workforce-composition optimization and labor assessment. Familiar with strategies for reducing clinician burnout, improving retention, and modernizing care models

Demonstrated experience in quantitative data analysis and using metrics to enhance staffing efficiency and clinical workflows

High level of entrepreneurship and professional presence to succeed in team-based settings and lead change management efforts on the ground with senior hospital leadership

Sound ability to process complex clinical and financial information and present it clearly to multiple stakeholders across a hospital organization

to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current

organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion

and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
