Take on a vital imaging role for a 13-week assignment requiring strong CT scanning expertise in a healthcare setting. This position calls for skilled professionals comfortable working in a busy environment, delivering high-quality patient care, and collaborating with a dedicated medical team.
Schedule:
5 shifts per week, 8 hours each
Day shifts, 7:00am-3:30pm
Specific days to be determined during interview
Qualifications:
Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) License
Proven experience in performing CT scans using up-to-date imaging technology
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff
Responsibilities:
Conduct CT imaging procedures as ordered by medical providers
Prepare patients for scans, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort and safety
Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with guidelines
Accurately log patient data and imaging results into electronic medical records
Support a clean and orderly work environment, maintaining compliance with infection control and safety standards
Assist with departmental workflow and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
