Corporate Controller

We are looking for a Corporate Controller to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a proven accounting professional who brings deep technical expertise, strong business judgment, and the ability to partner with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead all corporate accounting functions, including general ledger, financial reporting, and period-end close

Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements

Establish, maintain, and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures

Oversee audit activities and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors

Provide technical accounting guidance on complex or non-routine transactions

Partner closely with executive leadership, FP&A, and operational teams to support financial strategy and decision-making

Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering accountability and professional growth

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reporting quality Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA, MBA, or Master's degree preferred

10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior leadership responsibility

Strong technical accounting knowledge and extensive U.S. GAAP experience

Proven experience leading audits and maintaining effective internal controls
