Looking for a detail oriented person to support our team. This is part time and fully remote you can easily combine it with your main job or studies.

Your main responsibilities:

Reply to customers accurately (chat/email)

Log and resolve complaints

Ask questions to understand what clients need, then offer the right solution

Keep every interaction clean and error free

What we require:

A computer + stable internet (no phone only)

Must be at least 20 years old
