Job Overview

SignalMatrix AI is seeking high-performing Commission Sales Representatives to join our growing team, focused on the healthcare and aesthetic vertical. We partner with dentists, orthodontists, med spas, and medical practices to increase revenue through AI-driven systems that improve lead flow, conversion, and patient retention. This is a fully remote, commission-only independent contractor role designed for individuals who are confident engaging with business owners and motivated by uncapped earning potential. Representatives will begin by prospecting and booking audit calls and will transition into running demonstrations and closing deals independently following initial onboarding and support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound outreach, including cold calling, follow-ups, and lead engagement

Work both company-provided leads and self-sourced prospects

Identify revenue gaps within healthcare practices, including missed calls, poor follow-up, and unconverted leads

Book and qualify prospects for strategy and audit calls

Participate in early-stage deal cycles with leadership support

Progress into independently running demos and closing deals

Manage pipeline and maintain accurate activity tracking within CRM systems

Maintain professional, consultative communication with business owners and decision-makers

Top performers typically close 1–3 deals per month and scale from there

Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred, particularly in B2B, high-ticket, or consultative environments

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners

Ability to identify business challenges and effectively position value-based solutions

Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven

Comfortable operating within a commission-only compensation structure

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage pipeline and follow-ups effectively

Performance Expectations
