Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Data Entry Specialist to manage and maintain accurate records across our systems. The ideal candidate is fast, precise, and comfortable working with large volumes of information while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
Review and organize documents for efficient data processing
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform regular data quality checks and corrections
Generate basic reports and summaries as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role
Strong typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 40–60 WPM preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM or database management systems
Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
