Project Coordinator – Construction Columbus, OH Looking to break into or grow within construction project management?
This is a great opportunity to support high-impact projects while working alongside experienced Project Managers and field teams.
What You’ll Do • Support projects from preconstruction through closeout • Assist with bid coordination, subcontractor setup, and project startup • Manage project documentation (contracts, change orders, permits, closeout packages) • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication across teams • Support financial processes including pay apps, vendor setup, and forecasting • Serve as a key liaison between owners, subs, and internal teams What You Bring • 1–3 years of construction, admin, or project support experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Construction, Business, or related) • Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability • Experience with MS Office; Procore or similar tools a plus • Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment Why This Role • Exposure to full project lifecycle • Clear path into Project Management • Collaborative, team-driven environment • Opportunity to build a long-term career in construction Interested in learning more?
