What You’ll Do
As a Construction Project Manager supporting Transmission & Distribution projects, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing electrical infrastructure construction work from early planning through project closeout. You will serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing construction activities for transmission, distribution, and substation projects
Developing project execution plans, schedules, and cost estimates
Managing budgets, forecasting costs, and tracking financial performance
Leading subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and change orders
Establishing critical project objectives and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
Coordinating closely with engineering, field staff, and client representatives
Conducting site visits and resolving construction issues in real time
This position is based onsite in the Houston office, with regular field presence and approximately 50% travel depending on project needs.
