Investment Management Corporation Employee Base Hourly Match Program (EBHMP) where your base hourly rate can be “doubled “each month if sales goals and objectives are met or exceeded.
Program Name: Double-Up Performance Pay
Program Overview:
Employees earn a standard base hourly rate. At the end of each month, if they meet or exceed predefined sales goals and performance objectives, the company matches their base hourly rate for all hours worked that month — effectively doubling their pay for that period.
How It Works:
1. Base Pay:
Example: $18/hour base pay rate.
2. Performance Targets:
Monthly sales revenue goal: (e.g., $2.5MM) in personal sales.
Additional objectives: customer satisfaction score 90%, attendance 95%.
3. Matching Bonus:
If all targets are met or exceeded, the employee receives an additional payment equal to their total base pay for the month.
Example:
Hours worked: 160
Base pay: 160 $18 = $2,880
Matching bonus: +$2,880
Total Monthly Pay: $5,760
Total Projected Annual Pay: $69,120, plus additional annual bonus of 1.5% on revenue sales @ 100%+ YTD
Partial Achievement Option:
90–99% of goal = 50% match
100%+ of goal = 100% match
Benefits:
Strong motivation to hit sales and service targets.
Rewards both productivity and quality of work.
Encourages teamwork if goals are team-based.
