Description:

Customer Service Supervisor is needed in Trands concept to handle team of customer service executives and will be responsible for their performance. you are required to have good leadership skills.

Responsibilities

You will be required to oversee the work done by the customer service agents, supervise them wherever required

and ensure compliance.

You will be required to instruct the executives regarding the work to be carried out.

You will be required to assists the customer service

staff working under you.

You will be required to communicate with different departments in order to resolve customer complaints.

You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the work done by your team members and providing them feedback.

You will be involved in assessing the work of your team mates and rating them accordingly.

You will be required to prepare performance reports of your team members and share the same with senior

officials.

Qualification

HND/Bsc in any relevant field.
