Associate Manufacturing Process Technician - Onsite

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician - Onsite for a 12-month contract position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in New Albany, OH.

This role involves performing moderately-complex to complex manufacturing processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The position focuses on the inspection and packaging of product-filled vials, including equipment setup, operation, and routine maintenance within a structured manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Perform inspection and packaging of product-filled vials per procedures and batch records

Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment

Set up and operate manufacturing equipment

Assist or participate in other manufacturing operations (e.g., filling support activities)

Manage internal support operations (e.g., stocking items, tracking inventory, material movement)

Recognize and report malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to equipment

Train new MPTs on routine tasks

Comprehend and apply packaging configurations, as well as understand, follow and document batch records

Reconcile components and products, and calculate product exposure to room temperature

Requirements:

High school/GED with 1 year of work or military experience OR an Associate degree

Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Basic computer skills

Physically able to stand for the duration of the shift

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Desired skills:

Basic GMP knowledge

Filling and finishing manufacturing experience, preferably in vial inspection

Pay range: up to $23.55 per hour
