Represent clients in cases involving insurance coverage litigation including advising clients, preparing coverage opinion memos, conducting depositions and appearing in court hearings. Oversee and manage paralegals and other supporting team members.

Requires JD, DC bar licensure, and 1 year of experience analyzing insurance policy provisions and legal documents relevant to mass tort liabilities; conducting legal research on insurance coverage and bankruptcy law; drafting legal documents; and tracking insurance law legislation. Occasional telecommuting permitted. 20% national travel to client sites and court proceedings required.
