Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to support daily operations and ensure our office functions effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes initiative to improve functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to leadership and team members

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

Organize and maintain office inventory using accurate filing systems

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and invoice processing

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management

Assist with logistics for conferences, workshops and team gatherings

Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and organized workplace

Support onboarding of new employees

Qualifications & Skills

2-5 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or similar role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to work independently and use sound judgment

Strong problem-solving skills and proactive

Experience in bookkeeping is an asset
