We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Extrusion Operator Assistants-a key role supporting our production lines and building the skills needed to advance into Machine Operator positions.

What You'll Do

You'll support the extrusion process for thermoplastic sheets (PVC, Polypropylene, Polyethylene) and play a key role in keeping production running efficiently.

Prepare and transport materials for production orders

Label, weigh, band, and package finished products

Supply operators with materials and packing supplies

Perform quality checks and ensure accurate counts

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Assist Machine Operators with line operations and changeovers

Step in to support breaks and general production needs

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED

Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus-but not required

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Basic math skills (weights, counts, measurements)

Bilingual a Plus

Spanish/English bilingual skills are a strong plus

Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team is highly valued

Physical Requirements

Regular lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

Frequent standing, bending, and movement

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with PPE

Schedule

Night shift with a rotating schedule:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
