Seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customizable solutions within Salesforce to meet CRM needs for the Enterprise Contact Center team.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on CRM development supporting crisis call workflows, including coding and delivering user stories.

Define technical requirements for new projects and enhancements.

Ensure technical requirements align with customer needs and performance goals.

Manage release cycles for new and updated applications.

Compile and enforce internal development guidelines and standards.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems and ensure security standards are met.

Communicate strategic technical concepts effectively at an executive level.

Devise training plans for development team transitions to Maintenance & Operations.

Salesforce Expertise Required:

Strong knowledge and experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Experience in each phase of full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations.

Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.

Knowledge of configurations using Flows, process builders, and workflow rules.

Experience with cloud-based and on-premises application integration using REST APIs.

Understanding of core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and web services.

Experience with authentication protocols (oAuth) for 3rd party applications.

Required Qualifications:

6 years of Salesforce development experience.

4 years of experience developing within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.

5 years of experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.

3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC.

Experience with API integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.

Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps or comparable tools.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.

Experience with Conga and Drawloop.

Familiarity with governmental processes and compliance.
