Job Title: IBM Case Manager / FileNet Developer

Location: Columbus, OH (4 days onsite – local preferred)

Mode: Contract to Hire (C2H)

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary: We are looking for a mid-level to senior IBM Case Manager Developer to design, develop, and support workflow and case management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop IBM Case Manager solutions

Build and support Java/J2EE applications

Develop UI components using JavaScript and Dojo

Write and optimize SQL queries

Develop REST APIs for system integration

Integrate applications with backend systems

Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues

Work with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, Infra)

Follow coding standards and SDLC processes

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in IBM Case Manager (5.3.x)

Experience with IBM Content Navigator, BAW, Datacap, and FileNet P8

Strong Java/J2EE development xywuqvp experience

Experience in REST API development

Good knowledge of JavaScript and Dojo

Strong SQL and database skills

Good understanding of OOP concepts

Preferred Skills:

Experience with IBM FileNet (CPE, workflows, integrations)

Knowledge of WebSphere or similar platforms

Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
