TransForce is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support local operations based in Columbus, OH. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Truck Driver Details

Schedule: Day shift - 3am to 5am start, home daily

Pay: Average $1,100 - $1,500/week

Route Type: Local - home daily

Freight / Load Type: Clothing & other merchandise

Handling: Touch - pulling pallets off with pallet jack & restacking product on pallets at times

CDL A Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:

License: CDL A

Experience: 2 years of recent and verifiable driving experience

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Truck Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operate equipment on local routes

Transport merchandise in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

Perform required handling tasks

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
