Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Saturday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Pay: $16-18

Customer Experience
Greet customers with a warm, professional demeanor
Direct guests to service advisors and assist with general inquiries
Ensure a positive and seamless check-in experience Appointment Coordination
Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments
Maintain an organized and efficient service calendar Communication
Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails promptly
Provide timely updates regarding vehicle service status Administrative Support
Maintain accurate customer records in the system
Process payments, including warranty and service-related transactions
Handle service documentation, repair orders, and loaner agreements Front Desk & Facility Support
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
Ensure a comfortable waiting experience for customers What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Tech-savvy (experience with CDK or dealership systems is a plus)
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required Work Environment:
Busy dealership setting with high customer interaction
Front desk role requiring both sitting and standing
